Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States and Canada, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future, though no official date has been set.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are calculated at checkout based on your location, and orders are typically processed and shipped within 10–12 business days, depending on product availability.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans through affirm.

No hidden fees. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Can I get a discount or promo code?
If you already Hopped on the Boat and follow all of our socials, just keep an eye out! We may send them out randomly to your email or on a post.
Return & Exchange
What is your return policy?
You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If we made an error (such as sending you an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs as well.
The refund process usually takes around four weeks from the time you ship your return package. This includes the time it takes for the package to reach us (5 to 10 business days), the time we need for processing your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). However, in many cases, you may receive your refund sooner than that.
